At the heart of my practice is a joy and commitment to providing evidence-based health services that empower individuals to make informed decisions. I offer trauma-informed structural bodywork and movement to both humans and canines.

I hold practices in Taos, New Mexico, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I am available for speaking engagements, mentoring bodyworkers/yoga teachers, and those interested in animal welfare and therapeutic services.
