My Services
Our stories reside in the tissue of our bodies and are present daily in how we move, communicate, and treat one another. They also show up in how we respond to situations and how we care for ourselves. My aim as a Structural Integration practitioner and movement educator is to facilitate positive change with humans and canines while learning to shed these layers of tension and forge a newer path to wellness.

Rolf Method of Structural Integration
Craniosacral Therapy
The Rolf Method of Structural Integration (SI) is a process of 10 consecutive sessions spread out over 10-20 weeks. Each session builds upon the other, and the material of the body we are addressing is FASCIA or Connective Tissue. Each session is paired with specific movement prescriptions specific to each client. This work focuses on realigning the body through the fascial network, gaining ease and effortless function. SI is hands-on bodywork. I utilize both craniosacral and visceral therapies as needed.
Session 1-3 Sleeve Sessions - loosening the grips.
Session 4-7 Core Sessions - who are you, where are you holding all that tension, how has it manifested?
Sessions 8-10 Integration - putting it all together via movement (RolfYoga, walking, Alexander Technique, and Tai Chi)
Professional Mentoring for Therapists & Movement Educators
The mentoring service is geared towards the bodyworker or yoga teacher coming into the field seeking guidance and support, as well as the seasoned practitioner looking to career pivot.
Our first meeting, which can last up to 90 minutes, serves as an opening conversation to discuss your goals and current practice, and what you are looking to glean as a practitioner.
We will cover a wide range of topics, from your rates, marketing strategy, flow of practice, studio set up, and everything involving running an efficient and fruitful practice.
Our follow-up meetings run up to one hour. Three meetings are ideal to get you started on your journey.
After the initial meetings, I am available for marketing management and consultation once we establish a relationship.

Care for Senior & Aging Pets
Canine Therapy Sessions combine manual therapy and movement to help release tension and trauma. From post-shelter stress to injury, dogs have holding patterns just like humans. I utilize Structural Integration, visceral, and craniosacral therapies to help unwind your dog’s physical and behavioral issues.
I am currently enrolled in a manual canine osteopathy program with The London College of Animal Osteopathy - please inquire about the donation-based case study program available in the Taos, NM community.
Sessions run approximately 30-60 minutes.
Please know: I am NOT a Veterinarian and do not treat or diagnose, nor do I perform surgery.
