It shows up in how we respond to situations and how we care for ourselves. My aim as a Structural Integration Practitioner and Movement Educator is to facilitate positive change with humans and canines. While learning to shed these layers of tension and forge a newer path to wellness. The Digital Media I offer is strictly for Therapists and those in Animal Welfare.

Structural Integration Bodywork + RolfYoga
$1600 per Series | $160 per Session
The Rolf Method of Structural Integration (SI) is a process of 10 consecutive sessions spread out over 10-20 weeks. Each session builds upon the other, and the material of the body we are addressing is FASCIA or Connective Tissue. Each session is paired with specific movement prescriptions specific to each client. This work focuses on realigning the body through the fascial network, gaining ease and effortless function. SI is hands-on bodywork. I utilize both craniosacral and visceral therapies as needed.
Follow-up and Individual Sessions are available and are $150 per session.
Sessions run 75-90 minutes.
Professional Mentoring + Digital Media Marketing
$90-150 per Mentoring Session
My Mentoring service is for the newer bodyworker or yoga teacher coming into the field seeking guidance and support, as well as the seasoned practitioner looking to career pivot. Our first meeting runs around 90 minutes, and is a dialogue around your experience and what you are looking to glean as a practitioner. I cover a wide range of topics from your rates, marketing strategy, flow of practice, studio set up, and everything involving running an efficient and fruitful practice. Our follow-up meetings run up to one hour. Three meetings are ideal to get you started on your journey, I am available for longer term if desired.
$65 per hour Digital Marketing + Tiered Packages
I have done my marketing throughout my 22-year career as a practitioner/educator. After taking an extensive META Digital Media course, I decided to extend this service to those in my related field. If you are looking to start, freshen, or have someone take over management of your Social Media accounts, I am happy to discuss a plan that works for you. I also offer editing and content development.
Canine Therapy Therapy + Boarding
$50 per Session
Canine Therapy Sessions combine hands-on manual therapy and movement to help release and resolve tension and trauma. From post-shelter stress to injury, dogs have holding patterns just like humans. I utilize Structural Integration, visceral, and craniosacral therapies to help unwind your dog’s physical and behavioral issues. Sessions run approximately 30 minutes.
$2000 Therapy + Boarding
In-home Therapy + Boarding is a new service I offer in New Mexico only. Your dog stays with me for a 10-day intensive boarding and therapy program focusing on fear-based behavioral issues, building confidence, and recovering from stressful situations, post-surgery issues, and more. This is not ideal for a newly adopted dog. Hands-on therapy plus behavioral modification will be addressed at needed.
