They also show up in how we respond to situations and how we care for ourselves. My aim as a Structural Integration practitioner and movement educator is to facilitate positive change with humans and animals while learning to shed these layers of tension and forge a newer path to wellness.

Rolf Method of Structural Integration
The Rolf Method of Structural Integration is a process of 10 consecutive sessions spread out over 10-20 weeks. Each session builds upon the other, and the material of the body we are addressing is FASCIA or Connective Tissue.
Most sessions are paired with specific movement prescriptions specific to each client. This work focuses on realigning the body through the fascial network, gaining ease and effortless function. Structural Integration is hands-on bodywork.
Session 1-3 Sleeve Sessions - loosening the grips.
Session 4-7 Core Sessions - who are you, where are you holding all that tension, how has it manifested?
Sessions 8-10 Integration - putting it all together.
Initial Session is $175 | Sessions 2-10 are $160 | Follow Up $150
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy is woven into the fabric of the Classical 10-Series Structural Integration model via session #7 - the head and neck. Or, as Dr Rolf would say, “the session where we put the head on.”
I was trained in the late Franklyn Sills method of Craniosacral Biodynamics in New York City by StillPoint.
